The Uzin PE 414 Turbo Primer is a one-component, fast-drying polyurethane formula. It acts as a surface strengthener and consolidator on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates.
It can also be used as a moisture vapour retarder on concrete substrates with residual moisture up to 7 lbs. MVER (ASTM F1869) or 95 % RH (ASTM F2170). A two-coat application is required when used for mitigating moisture. For interior use only.
